This policy explains cancellation and refund terms for Cloudvexa services, including AI solutions, SaaS products, automation tools, and custom software development.
Most services are milestone-based and resource-driven. Payments made for completed work, consumed effort, or activated third-party services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If cancellation is requested before project start and no major work has begun, a refund may be considered after deduction of administrative and transaction charges.
If cancellation occurs after work starts, charges for completed work, allocated resources, and third-party commitments apply. Any remaining eligible balance may be refunded after final reconciliation.
Approved refunds are processed through original payment mode where possible. Processing timelines may vary by payment provider, usually between 7 and 21 business days, subject to applicable deductions and legal requirements.
Cloudvexa may suspend or terminate services for policy violations, non-payment, legal risks, or misuse. Refund decisions in such cases are based on work completed and costs already incurred.
Any billing dispute should be raised in writing within 7 days from invoice date. We will review and respond within a reasonable period.
Cloudvexa may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published with revised effective date.
Cloudvexa follows a milestone-based refund model. Completed work and third-party costs are normally non-refundable. Approved refunds, if any, are processed after reconciliation and compliance checks.
