UI/UX & Graphics Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and versatile UI/UX & Graphics Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications while also creating stunning visual content including posters, social media graphics, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing both digital product design and graphic design expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications (wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI).
• Create engaging graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, posters, and branding materials.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems and brand guidelines.
• Edit and enhance images using Photoshop and create vector illustrations/graphics using Illustrator.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD for UI/UX design.
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects (web/mobile apps) and graphic design work (posters, social media, branding).
• Understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic knowledge of responsive design and design systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to present and explain design decisions.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for better developer collaboration.
• Experience with branding and logo design.
• Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
• Understanding of print design fundamentals for posters and marketing materials.
• Experience with Canva or other quick design tools
