About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. As a product-based company, our focus is on delivering high-quality SaaS solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships through offline interactions.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to understand customer needs and present suitable product solutions. Candidates with prior experience in SaaS product selling will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and offline networking
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable SaaS solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for field sales and offline meetings
- Basic understanding of sales processes and client handling
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in SaaS product sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools
